We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our Madrid headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in the entire investment lifecycle, from opportunity origination and evaluation to deal execution and portfolio development. You will work alongside senior investment professionals and gain exposure to strategic transactions across international markets.

Key responsabilities:

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Participate in the sourcing activity in markets that have been assigned to him/her.
Support the preliminary analysis of opportunities.
Develop the database of possible opportunities and facilitate prioritization there of through data gathering and early analysis
Development and coordination of the Financial, Legal, Tax and Technical Due Diligence, in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
Prepare the transaction Budget.
Oversee development/review of financial models related to opportunities.
Coordinate Due Diligence process.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and assessment of investment opportunities
Prepare necessary materials and presentations (Investment Proposals / Recommendations) Contribute to the continuous improvement of M&A processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Support any project to improve the dissemination and organization of information and other administrative efforts.
Participate in any other project to enhance team performance and efficiency.

About you:

Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, etc. CA, MBA, or CFA is valued.
5-8 years of relevant experience in M&A, Investment, Valuation and Financial Modelling, within the infrastructure sector.
Demonstrated experience running deals, from origination to closing, coordinating Due Diligence process with external advisors and internal team at ROADIS
Advanced English
Portuguese will be highly valued and considered a strong asset for the role.
Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.
